While racism and discrimination still harm lives and communities, we are heartened by the rising wave of people and organisations choosing action not just conversation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Because at EDUK, we know this:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Anti-racism is not a trend.<\/strong><br>It\u2019s a <em>lived practice<\/em>.<br>It\u2019s a commitment people make every day.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>What We Have Been Delivering<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This year so far, Equality and Diversity UK has:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Expanded Open and Bespoke Training: <\/strong>We continue to provide a broad portfolio of inclusive training and development, equipping organisations to:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Understand the <em>legal, moral and practical aspects<\/em> of equalities work.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Embed anti-racist and inclusive practices into everyday organisational culture.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Challenge bias including unconscious bias, microaggressions, and discriminatory behaviours.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Strengthen leadership confidence in tackling harassment, racism and exclusion.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Our training spans the public, private, and voluntary sectors and is delivered both as open programmes and as tailor-made in-house sessions. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Strengthening Networks &amp; Sharing Resources<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>EDUK\u2019s <strong>Equality, Diversity and Inclusion Networks<\/strong> continue to grow, offering:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Free and low-cost resources for active practitioners.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Insights, peer-learning and practical implementation tools.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Free places on open courses and exclusive access for members.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>We are committed to making quality support accessible because structural change requires community, not isolation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Courageous Conversations: Race &amp; Rights<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>One of our flagship national programmes for 2026 has been the <strong>year-long <em>Courageous Conversations: Race &amp; Rights<\/em><\/strong> series.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This monthly online programme:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Centres Black British heritage, identity, culture and justice.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Opens safe and reflective spaces to discuss systemic racism and collective action.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Connects key moments in history with present-day experiences and challenges.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>It\u2019s not just talk it\u2019s a dialogue built to inspire action.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Why This Matters: <\/strong>We recognise that:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Barriers to equality still persist in every sector.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Many organisations feel overwhelmed or uncertain about where to start.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>People often <em>know<\/em> what\u2019s unjust but don\u2019t always know <em>how<\/em> to change it.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>That\u2019s where EDUK\u2019s expertise, insight and practical tools make a difference.<strong><br><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Looking Ahead<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In the coming months, we will:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Continue to deliver high-quality, inclusive training and support for organisational change.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Expand our network of collaborators and partners.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Share more practical resources that help organisations move from awareness to implementation.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>EDUK is here to help organisations not just meet standards but exceed them with confidence, clarity and compassion.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>A Closing Thought<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Equality and inclusion aren\u2019t abstract ideals they\u2019re achievable goals.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>And each step training delivered, conversation held, mindset shifted takes us closer to communities and workplaces where everyone truly belongs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Let\u2019s keep choosing anti-racism.
