Promote Inclusive Policies:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Advocate for policies that promote inclusivity, diversity, and equity within the school community.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ensure that all policies regarding special educational needs and disabilities (SEND) consider the diverse cultural backgrounds and experiences of neurodiverse children.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>2. Provide Cultural Awareness Training:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Offer regular training sessions for staff members to enhance their cultural awareness and competence.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Training should include understanding cultural nuances, traditions, and communication styles prevalent among different ethnic communities.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>3.
